Refund policy
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our products once they have shipped, except in cases where:

Your order is damaged during transit

You receive the wrong item
Because our products are ingestible, we cannot resell or reuse any items once they have left our facility, even if unopened. This helps us protect all customers’ safety.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to report any of the following issues:

Damaged items

Defective items

Wrong item received

Order not received (lost in transit)

Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (for damaged or wrong items)
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To start a claim for a damaged, defective, wrong, or lost item, contact us at support@theclearjar.com
If your claim is approved, we will:

Arrange a replacement shipment, or
-
Issue a refund to your original payment method
We will provide instructions if we need the item returned or additional information. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
European Union Customers – Statutory Rights
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights under local consumer protection laws. Please note that many food, supplement, and other hygiene-sensitive products are exempt from the standard 14-day “cooling off” return right, especially if the seal has been broken or if the goods are liable to deteriorate. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law in your country of residence.
Refund Processing
Once we have reviewed and approved your claim (and received any required information or items):

We will process your refund to your original payment method within 1 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
