2. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Time: Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST are shipped on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: USPS ground, free for orders with 2+ units
- Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority
- Express Shipping: UPS 2nd air
4. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to the following countries: AU, CA, EU countries, U.K. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may be subject to customs delays.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs processing for international orders.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.
7. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within (30 days) of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
